Big Brother

Today I am most thankful for my big brother Prophet Brandon E Perkins. I met Brandon in the summer of 2002; just a few months after my father died. For 16/17 years he has been a constant voice of God in my life. Before I was able to hear God for myself or trust what i was hearing he was like my most secure line directly to God. Like every set of siblings we've been through some crazy things together and in our relationship; but we've gotten through all of them. About 3 years ago he moved to Florida for school and to live. When he got there he got sick and he's been outrunning death, in my opinion, for the past 3 years. I've seen him look like death and I've heard him sound like he wanted to give up....but he is still here and prayerfully will be for many years. This was just something I was feeling in my heart today. God I thank you for my brother. For the blessing that he is. For being faithful to him as he has been to you. I pray you heal him, and keep him around for so long.
